Arena Server: Currently Inactive

The Dojo was a set of servers with player freedom and improvement as its main design philosophy.
After the unannounced and sudden disappearance of Addict, a small group of it's most active PvPers got together and worked hard to bring the server to life as fast as possible.

Over its lifespan the Dojo would see many quality of life features, such training dummies and fully fledged PvE boss fight practice arenas. Any healthy competitive environment should have a place to prove ones skill. The Dojo brought the first seamless ranked mode with a functioning MMR to V Rising.

Players would end up grinding hundreds if not thousands of games to reach higher tiers, and fight in ever grander arenas. Regular events would keep players entertained. From large-scale events partnered with Stunlock, like the Mansion of Madness, to smaller siege events, the playerbase was always kept on its toes. The format of a monthly tournament was a large success and resulted in heavy competition across Legacy and early Gloomrot.

All of this would never have been possible without its community. The players who shared their ideas and enthusiasm for new features and helped newer players learn the ropes were the server's beating heart, without which none of it would have been possible. The Dojo remains as a hallmark on innovation and consistency of the arena format, and paved the way for what it is today.
